I try to find time to practice yoga every day, no matter how little.

The breath work and movement in yoga helps to balance me both mentally and physically.
I always notice how my skin is much less inflamed after practicing, especially more vigorous forms of yoga like ashtanga or vinyasa.
The sweat can be irritating at the beginning, but after a while it feels great to sweat all the toxins out from your pores. I get less and less itchy as I move.

For those who exercise regularly, ashtanga or vinyasa might have the most benefits, but steer clear of Bikram which may be too hot for sensitive skin.

For those who don't usually exercise or think they are 'too inflexible' for yoga, there is no such thing! Yoga is about entering a certain state of mind, not mastering the splits. I would recommend finding a good Hatha yoga teacher to start with.


お気に入りポイント

Once you get the hang of it, you can practice alone and find your focus.
I find that yoga helps me to enter a deeper meditative state.

For those just starting out, make sure to mention any particular injuries/concerns to your teacher at the beginning of class.
